Heat Simulations

FlareSim software simulates heat radiation generated during flaring operations, modeling multiple environmental conditions. The analysis provided by FlareSim enables OPTIMA to design a RigCooling System with optimal heat suppression.

In addition, we can also provide a range of monitoring services during flaring activities including a thermal imaging survey, noise attenuation and BTU monitoring.

• On offshore rigs and platforms, the flare structure is often closer to other working areas compared to onshore locations. The determination of realistic, maximum acceptable radiation levels for personnel and equipment is consequently critical, if practical heat suppression systems are to be installed.
